Delivery & order fulfillment

Pickup by default

All orders placed through The Estate Deli website are fulfilled on a pickup-only basis from our café location during our standard operating hours, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Customer-arranged delivery

Delivery is not included in our online ordering service. If you choose to arrange collection or delivery via a third-party courier, delivery platform or transport service, you do so at your own discretion and entirely at your own risk.

Transfer of risk and liability

  • Our responsibility for the physical condition, temperature, appearance and structural integrity of your order ends the moment it is handed over to you or your designated courier or delivery driver.
  • The Estate Deli is not responsible or liable for any loss, delay, damage, melting or destruction of cakes, pastries or other perishable items that occur during transit after the order has left our premises.

No refunds for transit damage

Refunds, replacements or repairs will not be offered for orders that are damaged, melted or otherwise altered after leaving our premises, including damage that occurs while in the care of a third-party courier or delivery service you arranged.
